MY EXPERIENCE WITH BLOGGING

Blogging is so popular these days, but yet something so underestimated by a huge number of people. Me, being personally interested in fashion, and quite frequently checking lots of fashion blogs, and accounts, would never think how much work it takes to create a post. Even while writing about something I’m passionate about, I still found it sometimes challenging to get to the content and information I was looking for. Through this challenge however, I gained so much knowledge. I came across names, labels and trends that I have never seen or hear about, and probably if it wasn’t for this experience I never would.

I am very glad I could work on something I was truly interested in. This experience was definitely something I will remember. Maybe in the future I will come back and start my own blog.

Here is a list of my blogposts:

RIHANNA X PUMA 2016 COLECTION

This year brought totally different approach to work out clothes. With that Adidas become extremely popular again. We could have seen famous three stripes basically everywhere- not only in the gym, but also in the streets and even in the red carpet.

On of the few that decided to take advantage of this new trend was Rihanna. In 2014 she won the Style Icon Award, and this year she presents her new Puma colection. It is a completely revolutionary new approach, inspired by street style. Rihanna managed to combine “work-out” theme with elegant and edgy vibe. This refreshing collection is probably the most known for Rihannas Fenty Pumas shoes.

TODAYS FASHION WORLD FROM SOCIAL MEDIA PERSPECTIVE

Today’s world of fashion has its all new rules. It’s not about how many contracts, and shows a model has done, but its about the followers they have on their Social media accounts . We can argue that it is not a good, and that it shouldn’t be this way. But this is today reality, and we just need to accept it. The more followers and likes you get, the biggest chances for you to collaborate with brands. And it’s understandable. They want to reach to the biggest audience possible, that’s why they look for the most popular social media personas- whether it’s a model, blogger, actress, singer or any celebrity really. We also benefit form that. In order to get some inspirations, and get the idea what’s currently on the top, we can just look through multiple fashion-oriented accounts on Instaram. Most of these people tag the brands on their pictures, so we can also directly go to the brands account and purchase their products.

With no doubts social media has changed this business a lot…and I would say that for the better.

Here we have one of the biggest fashions icons- Alexa Chung, talking to us about the importance of todays Social Media in this business:

LABELS TO REMEMBER- FASHION WEEK 2016

Fashion weeks are definitely the most important events in a fashion industry. They attract not only the most famous designer, models, trendsetters, but simply everyone who shares the love towards expression through style.
Fashion weeks are also the perfect opportunity for “new born” designers, who want to promote their lines. So today I would love to focus more on the new names in this busies. They all had their first fashion shows in this spring Fashion Week 2016.

1. SELF-PORTRAIT

This brand is on the marcet ony few months, and yet is worn on the red carpet by Kristen Steward and Reese Witherspoon. Wearing these dressed they can be sure to stand out. And lets be hones… no star wants to diaper in the crowd.

2. M. MARTIN

Is probably my favourite this years discovery. This man is all about simplicity. Proves that you can pool out an outfit in the same colour, or wear everything in the same texture, and still look original and classy. If you think it sounds boring, check out his this years fall collection! :M. Martin for Vogue
